How we work in the open

These rules apply to every project, whatever its kind.

Its repository is the source of truth
A project's code, issues and decisions live in its own public repository, under its own licence. This site describes a project and links to it.
It governs itself
Each project decides its changes by the rules in its repository. T32's are in its GOVERNANCE.md.
No result before it is measured
A project's page says what it does and what it does not do yet. It claims no result until the result is measured and published.
